Bryan Willis
Bryan Wills is co-founder and Managing Director of Commercis Software Group LLC, a global supplier of internet based application software used to develop, deploy, integrate and manage business applications. He has led CSG since its founding to its position as an emerging global software company.

Bryan has over 30 years of management and technical experience in the computer industry. He was founder and chief executive officer of Design Concepts, Inc. and later served as vice president and head of marketing for Find Golf Arizona. He is also the co-founder of WizTix.com (acquired by WizTix Systems LLC) and EZTicketLive.com.

Bryan received his degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Programming in 1981.

Kevin Jones
Mr. Jones is co-founder and Managing Director of Commercis Software Group, LLC. With over 30 years of management and technical experience, Mr. Jones brings a unique ability to envision the improbable and then make it possible. Mr. Jones served as the Chief Financial Officer of a NASDAQ listed public company for 12 years. During that time, and after acquisition of a manufacturing plant in the Midwest, Mr. Jones spearheaded the turn-around of the division from losing over $3.0 million a year to profitability in less than one year.

During his career, Mr. Jones attended extended education classes at the Colorado School of Mines on Capital and Benefication Costs in the Mining Industry, which he then wrote as a computer model system for probability and operating cost analysis, used by the Company he was employed with at that time.

Mr. Jones has served on the Board of Directors of 4 different public companies, has been a founder or co-founder in at least 5 other companies, including the dba FindGolfAZ.com, a unique virtual golf directory for the State of Arizona.

Mr. Carlson, a true product of the first computer generation, is Commercis Software Group LLC’s Internet Technical (“IT”) Director. A native of Arizona, Mr. Carlson grew up during and with the modern computer era learning and developing his programs skills as they themselves were being developed, making him a highly sought after asset.

Mr. Carlson was the lead developer and operations manager at YP.com during its start-up and well into operations, a position he held for approximately 5 years. YP.com has become one of the leading internet based business and personal directories, much due to Mr. Carlson’s work. Mr. Carlson gained additional skills working for Artifact Entertainment, an on-line massive multi-player gaming company, as a 3D Modeler creating a great deals of the assets that your see such as the environments and characters that people would play. For the past three years he has worked as a Web Designer, Web Master, Database Engineer and Web Application Developer for FindGolfAZ.com and Wiztix.com, both internet based operating companies.

As Operations Manager for one of the largest solar service companies in the nation, Richard designed database applications for accounting, contact management, and customer service. In addition to training employees to operate and make the most of these systems Mr. Jones taught college courses in software usage. This all led to the advent of web-based active page technologies and a new level of database design and internet integration.

Richard joined with Kevin Jones to create the FindGolfAZ.com website, designing the initial database and providing active web technology to power the site. Later joining in the design and implementation of the database and active technology of the WizTix.com program.

Mitch Ives
Mitch Ives has over 35 years of sales, marketing and management experience. He founded the Rigel Group, a real estate investment and development firm, and has worked in the Financial Services industry. He was an early pioneer in the computer graphics industry with his company, Computer Graphics Solutions. He later expanded into video after founding Insight Productions Corporation, a video and media company, specializing in HD productions.

In addition to his business interests, Mitch has authored numerous magazine articles and instructional videos, is a featured speaker at conventions, and has taught classes at the college level for over five years.

Mitch received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1980.
